May 16, 2008, Newsletter Issue #89: Train Online to Be a Certified HVAC technician
1
Tip of the Week
Now you can train online for HVAC certification. Students can enroll, pay tuition and take courses online. Depending on the school, students can get certification from the North American Technician Excellence, a nonprofit independent testing organization.
Without leaving their homes, students learn how to operate, manage, sell, manufacture, install, and service all types of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Online training leaders include the Dealer Training Center, which prepares students for NATE certification.
If you want to train online as an HVAC technician, find an accredited school. Look for course offerings that combine the basics with learning the latest in high-efficiency systems and energy management technology. Consider a school that offers NATE certification, a recognized industry leader in testing and certification.
